How do we get access?
BaseState is by invitation for now. Request access, tell us about your work, and our team sets up your workspace.
Which plan can we try?
Basic can be tried free, with no card. Our team sets up the trial, and how long it runs, when you are invited. The trial is for trying BaseState, with 5 GB of storage. Real-time flood simulation is included.
What happens when the trial ends?
Without a card, your workspace pauses: it becomes read-only and nothing is deleted. Add a card to pick up where you left off. We keep your data for 90 days, with reminders, then delete it.
What happens if we go over a limit?
Uploads stop until you move up a plan. Editors can always read their own data while subscribed. No surprise charges.
Can we change plans?
Upgrades take effect at once and are prorated. Downgrades take effect at the end of your term.
Can we get a refund?
No. BaseState is a digital service, so payments are non-refundable, including for partial periods. Your subscription renews automatically until you cancel. When you cancel, you keep access until the end of the period you’ve paid for.
